The following event rules and guidelines are intended to help produce and direct a large scale event, to ensure the safety of all participants, to meet the requirements of SIXOLVE, LLC for participant performance records and event liability.




  • Registrants must be capable of completing the full start to finish event, within event time requirement of 5 hours. (If there’s an issue like electricity or other related that will delay the time to finish.)

  • To register, SIXOLVE, LLC participants must be 18 years of age or older and must have a current State Identification to participate for the region event.  

  • Each participant must sign an event waiver before participating in the event. (INSERT WAIVER LIABILITY RELEASE FORM)

  • Registrants screened per application to be qualified.  The event requirement and age apply to all forms of entry and event participation and signed.

  • SIXOLVE, LLC will assigned the participants to a group based by the evaluation form.

  • Any participant seeking accommodation in respect of a disability must submit an email request to the Event Registration Manager. E-mail your request to SIXOLVE@gmail.com.  

  • Participant event chosen colors for region are their personal identifiers and may not be exchanged with or transferred/sold to any other person. Sale, trade and/or transfer of event entry/shirt and timing devices are strictly prohibited and will result in the disqualification and/or banning of any individuals involved from future events.  

  • The SIXOLVE, LLC participants maintains a no refund, no transfer and no deferment policy on all event entries and other offers.

    • Exceptions to the policy may be made only in the event of military deployment, bereavement, or critical illness.

    • In such cases, additional documentation may be required before we agree to give a half refund of the participation fee request is processed. All requests for exceptions must be made 45 days prior to the event.  If no such document is given before the date before the 45th day, it is null.

    • We are not responsible for the other costs like travel and hotel expenses when you cancel your participation for SIXOLVE, LLC.  

    • Registration closure is determined and announced when event participation reaches the established participant capacity.

  • If you want to register for the next region event you must be able to pay in full participation fees and reserve your spot.

Any cancellation received on or before August 4, 2018, will result in a refund minus a $25 (USD) cancellation fee.

After August 4, 2018, there will be no refunds outside of the exceptions listed below. All requests will be managed on a case-by-case basis. If you feel your situation falls into one of the below categories, please reach out to Support by SIXOLVE@gmail.com.

  1. Military deployment: If you receive orders to deploy, contact Support and include a copy of your deployment orders.

  2. Death of an immediate family member: If a member of your immediate family* passes away and you are unable to attend SIXOLVE, LLC Event, contact Support with a copy of the obituary or funeral program.

  3. Major medical emergency: If you or a member of your immediate family* experiences a medical emergency, contact Support with a doctor’s detailed description of the medical emergency.

  4. Extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of SIXOLVE, LLC: If you feel you fall under this category, contact Support with a detailed description of the extenuating circumstance.

*Immediate family includes a spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandchild or grandparent.



  • Any individual requesting a waiver of any of these rules from the event shall submit a written request no less than 30 days prior to the event date specifying the nature of and reasons for the request with proof documents.




  • Raffle Ticket - 10 per participants to sell



  • Participants only pick up their packets at registration prior the time of or the day before their event. They will report to the registration and received their wristband. Penalty will be counted if late at the day of the event.  Assigned Game Staff will be monitored on the team.

  • A Participant Packet (Shirt, Like, bag, water bottle loop holder, name tag and T-Shirt) will NOT be released without a printed invitation and valid Photo ID.  

  • Shirt not worn at the events and must show your registration will wear a mesh shirt.

  • No Individuals will be able to pick up Participant Packets on behalf of others. 




  • Participants must follow instructions as given from all event officials including event staff, volunteers, medical personnel, fire and police officials, security officers and city officials throughout the duration of the event.

  • All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner towards the community and their fellow participants during their participation in the event. This means, for example, alcohol consumption, urinating or defecating in public except in designated toilet facilities, participant obstruction anywhere on or near the arena shall be strictly prohibited unless facilitated by the event. Anyone violating this rule of conduct shall be disqualified from the event and will be asked to leave the arena.  

  • Every participant shall be provided with a colored shirt, which shall be conspicuously worn during the event. The designed T-shirt is to be worn as issued. No participant shall be permitted to participate in the event without the shirt with the name that designed.  

  • The use of phone devices is not permitted during the event; however, participants competing for overall awards or prize money may not use communication devices during the events. The use of cell phones, cameras, no phone watches or similar devices by participants while in the event is strongly prohibited, and event officials reserve the right to pull any participant using things to harm self or others then SIXOLVE, LLC will review the situation and have the rights to disqualify the participant(s).

  • The use of wheeled devices by participants or any other person authorized to be on the arena shall be strictly limited to (a) authorized arena officials and (b) authorized arena staff. Baby strollers, skateboards, rollerblades, unauthorized wheeled device will not be permitted on the arena.

  • Participants must begin the event during the official recognized starting times. The arena will remain secured until the Official event completed tasks. At that time, the event is officially concluded, the Aid Stations will not do the operation.  

  • Medical personnel authorized by the event to do so may examine any participant who appears in distress. If in the sole opinion of authorized medical personnel it is in the best interest of the participant’s health and welfare, medical personnel may remove a participant from the event.  Participants must retire at once from the event if ordered to do so by a member of the event staff, medical staff, or any governmental authority, including fire and police officers.

  • Participants are responsible and assume liability for any and all medical expenses incurred as a result for and/or participation in the event, including but not limited to ambulance transport, hospital stays, physician and pharmaceutical goods and services.  
    Event officials reserve the right to delay, cancel or suspend the event due to inclement weather in a accordance with Emergency Protocol on severe emergencies and/or weather.  

  • Participants should familiarize themselves with the Event Alert System (EAS) and adjust their event plans accordingly.  

  • Participants are responsible for the recognition and understanding of event signage, symbols and colors relating to participant warnings, maps facilities and directions.




  • Assignments will be based on verification of qualifying performances submitted to the event office prior to the event.  

  • Participants will be assigned to a specific arena to start the event in accordance with time qualifying standards established each year by the event.  

  • Participants will be notified of their assigned by their SIXOLVE, LLC Confirmation email are based on a first-come, first-served basis, and they will remain open until they reach their maximum capacities.  The capacities are limit to 3 teams of (12) per region and there are 36 participants competing within.


THE Official START  


  • All participants are responsible for knowing the event’s start time and check-in for their short meeting. All participants must be present at the appointed time to receive instructions and to participate in the Official Start of the event.  

  • Participants shall assemble for the event in their assigned position no less than 15 minutes prior to the event.  

  • All participants must enter and any person who enters improperly (looking over other team) will be disqualified from the event.

  • All participants must be within their territory and timing prior to the event.



Any participant who refuses to obey the directions of event officials, including fire and police officials, city officials or arena marshals, or who conducts himself/herself in an unsportsmanlike manner, or who is offensive by action or language to officials, volunteers, participants or spectators may be disqualified by the event and from future participation at the discretion of race officials.  

No participant, after leaving the event, shall be allowed to rejoin the event either for the purpose of gaining a place or to pace or to assist another participant.  

  • Any participant who has been found by a event staff, event official or surveillance equipment to have gained an unfair advantage by intentionally shortening the event shall be immediately disqualified from the event.

  • A participant who has received any assistance whatsoever from any other person may be disqualified by the event. “Assistance” includes without limitation the conveying of advice, information or direct or indirect help to the participant by any means, including electronic communication devices. It also includes pacing by persons not officially participating in the event. It does not include participation of an officially designated pacesetter in the event, provided such pacesetters start in the event.  

  • Any person who participates in the event without an official SIXOLVE, LLC t-shirt not officially assigned to him/her, is subject to removal and disqualification from future events.  

  • No persons are authorized to be on the arena unless they are registered participants. Therefore, no person shall be allowed to accompany a participant if he/she is not registered in the event, nor shall any participant be allowed, without the permission of the event management, to receive assistance or refreshment from anyone during the progress of the event. Any person not properly displaying an authorized and issued t shirt shall be directed to leave the event.  




All participants must wear their assigned tshirt prior to the event.  They must be visible and worn at the event.




  • All participant completed tasks are reviewed before times are designated official.

  • Participants must begin the event during the official recognized starting time in order to completed time.




Participants competing for overall awards or prize money may not use phone or communication devices during the event.  

After the event is over, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will get awards and prizes. Group awards will be awarded during the social night.



Event officials reserve the right to modify, supplement or waive all or part of the event rules.  Participants shall be bound by any modification or supplement of the event rules published prior to the event.

Failure to follow these event rules, as may be amended, will result in immediate disqualification, loss of prize money and removal from official results.
